The D18CF is designed with its quick coupling for use with low pressure presses. The 4.5mm diameter spring-loaded valve is suitable for filling large volumes, thick materials or fine grain mineral cement suspension, making the D18CF very versatile. A segregation of the material need not be feared by the good flow. The enlarged eighth lamella, together with a suitable impactor, ensures that the packer is not hammered in too deeply. So the connection always remains accessible. After pressing the packer remains in the wall, the connection is simply cut flush with the wall; an elaborate cleaning as with steel screw packers is eliminated. Basically, the hold of the injector in masonry or concrete depends on many factors that we can not influence. For this reason, we make no statement about a limit to which the packer holds securely in the wall. Test the D18CF! We are sure to offer a good, functional and inexpensive product on the market.
