KMR600-INJECTION-C80

VOC-free injection cream against rising damp in masonry!

It was specially developed for masonry drainage using pressure-free borehole injection.

The MAFA professional cartridge gun KMR600 has a sturdy and handy body made of metal. The tube is rotatable and removable, with sturdy plastic screw caps. The piston is made of sturdy plastic and the piston rod is made of metal. The pistol can be operated with one hand. With the same hand, the lever for piston relief is actuated. Each unit comes with a metal piston (for cartridges), an injection probe, and a plastic spray nozzle (see picture).

MAFA fluid Injection Cream C80 is a special cream that is primarily used to seal rising damp in masonry. The solvent-free, ready-to-use emulsion is introduced into a masonry joint by pressureless injection with the MAFA KMR600 caulking gun into previously drilled holes. The creamy horizontal barrier then spreads reliably in the masonry and forms a permanent, water-impermeable moisture barrier. A further rise of moisture is prevented safely and sustainably in this way.

Application and processing instructions

Basics:
The injection takes place directly in the boreholes.

Processings:
For the injection holes (d = 12mm) with a maximum of 12.5cm in the horizontal bearing joint created (as directly as possible on the vertical butt joints). The holes should end 4-5cm in front of the wall outside. Subsequently, the holes are freed from the drilling dust by blowing. The MAFA C80 Horizontal Barrier is pressed into the holes by hand (use the MAFA KMR600 Caulking Gun). For this purpose, the injection tube is inserted into the drill holes to the full depth and slowly withdrawn during the press-fitting process. Each hole is filled up to one centimeter in front of the viewing area starting from the back. Immediately after filling, the borehole is filled with a mortar plug.

Exact consumption must be determined object-related.

Hints:
MAFA fluid C80 injection cream can penetrate the component to the surface. Any white discoloration that may occur can be brushed off after drying.

Cleaning:
Clean up impurities and splashes immediately. Pack the mop in a plastic bag and dispose of it properly. Contaminated surfaces should be washed off with warm soapy water.

OSH:
When injecting, gloves made of nitrile rubber, protective goggles (can be found in the area of occupational safety) and body-covering clothing should be worn. If contaminated, immediately remove clothes and wash skin. If MAFA fluid C80 Injection Cream gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with cold water for 1-15 minutes. Storage:
Cool, dry and frost-free, stable for at least 12 months in a closed original container.
