Pressure cup cleaning gun for cleaning diesel particulate filters

DPF cleaning spray gun Type DPF517 from MAFA-Sebald Produktions-GmbH

The MAFA DPF617 cleaning spray gun has been specially designed and built to clean soiled diesel particulate filters.

Special feature:
- a special valve prevents the ingress of liquid or foam into the air line
- robust aluminum pressure cup approx. 1 liter (max.10bar) for safe use. Also with inner coating (epoxy phenolic inner protective lacquer) for aggressive cleaner available. Pressure cup version 2liter available on request
- This pressure cup gun is suitable for any DPF cleaning agent. Attention: depending on the pressure setting different spray results are possible! Our customers have achieved optimal spraying results at 5-6 bar air pressure. Optional are also spray guns with fixed pressure reducer 2bar, 4bar, 6bar available. Depending on the liquid, it is possible that the aluminum pressure cup is attacked by liquid. Therefore, always clean the pressure cup after each use, or take a inner coated pressure cup!

For wholesalers and manufacturers of processing material, we assemble special kits or develop special hoses and nozzles conditions. For larger quantities - from 750 pieces - the production is possible with its own logo. Send us your request by e-mail or call. Just contact us. We are happy to advise you.
