Low-noise flat nozzle 2138 , suitable for food applications

Our food-grade, low-noise flat nozzle is particularly suitable for flat applications. The flat nozzle can also be used at higher temperatures.

Usage:

Areas of application include cleaning, drying, cooling, sorting or transporting parts as quietly as possible.

Special feature:

This nozzle cannot be held shut and, measured directly at the nozzle tip at 6 bar upstream pressure, produces a pressure on the impact surface of well below 2.0 bar (measured on a 30 mm diameter reference surface). It therefore complies with U.S. OSHA Directive 1910.242(b).
This guideline further prescribes a suitable chip guard (e.g. our part number 04031510) when using compressed air nozzles and the usual personal protective equipment (PPE) for personal cleaning!
In Germany, the cleaning of persons with the aid of compressed air is generally prohibited!
