The D18C is designed with its quick coupling for use with low pressure presses. By eliminating the need for a valve, the 8mm passage is huge and can be used to fill large volumes or coarse grain mineral cement suspension, making the D18C the first choice when filling cavities in the ground or behind walls (basement / tunnel). A segregation of the material need not be feared by the free flow. The enlarged eighth lamella, together with a suitable impactor, ensures that the packer is not hammered in too deeply. So the connection always remains accessible. After pressing the packer remains in the wall, the connection is simply cut flush with the wall; an elaborate cleaning as with steel screw packers is eliminated. Basically, the hold of the injector in masonry or concrete depends on many factors that we can not influence. For this reason, we make no statement about a limit to which the packer holds securely in the wall. Test the D18C! We are sure to offer a good, functional and inexpensive product on the market. If it is necessary to close the packer in an application, caps are available separately in the accessory (cap D18). In order to be able to drive the packer deep enough into the borehole while setting - without damaging the connection - an impact aid is necessary.
