Lubricant dispenser

Self-lubricating bushings

Lubricating bushings are a particularly environmentally friendly and economical way to lubricate machines and equipment. Do not dispose of the lubricant dispenser after use, but refill it. Maintenance-free and reusable multiple times.

We have 2 systems to choose from: lubricating bushings and grease caps/Stauffer bushings.
Lubricating bushings
Fill volume of 80 cm³ and 120 cm³. The required pressure is provided by a two-spring system. Lubricant dispensers are available in galvanized steel with soft, medium, and strong spring pressures. Seals are available in NBR or Viton.
Recommendation: lubricating greases with a viscosity of 2.

Greaee caps/Stauffer bushings
The Stauffer bushing according to DIN 3411 consists of a base that is screwed in and a threaded screw cap. Fresh lubricating grease is pushed to the bearing point with every turn by tightening the screw cap.
