Plunger Lubricator APD2PPLUS

Our plunger lubricator system can be used from a particle size of 0,5mm to 3mm. The APD2PLUS dosed accurately the amounts previously set. Depending on the setting and  granule size repeatable amounts can be set with the potentiometer "Dosage". If more pellets are required, up to 12 repetitions of Repeat Rotary Switch ”Intervals" can be set. This corresponds to 12 times the pre-set amount.

Quantity of cooling air can be adjusted mechanically
Cooling Air-Time Out can be set
Cooling Air automatically shuts off when the machine stands still for 10 minutes and restarts automatically when machine re-starts
Cooling air can also be controlled via the machine
Automatic monitoring with granules blockage
Automatic monitoring of the granulate filling level
Built-in LED status indicator for all control inputs

The unit has a pre-installed controller for an optional shuttle operation already
