Piston Lubricator APD3 The Piston Lubricator APD3 is specifically designed for the processing of powder
Nowadays more and more casted Aluminium Structural Components are used in many industries. To get properly casted parts a specifically designed Piston Lubrication System is needed.
We developed a very special Dosage Wheel Technology “DSR-Technic”. DSR enables an accuracy of 0,1g of each wheel chamber. With the potentiometer "Dosage", the amount will be adjusted. If more powder is needed, you can carry up to 12 repetitions of Repeat Rotary Switch "Intervals". This corresponds to 12 times the pre-set amount.
The vibration system on the container ensures a smooth sliding down of the powder without holing.
The lubrication system can be used from a particle size of 0 mm to 0,5mm. The APD3 doses accurately the amounts previously set.
