Our hose sleeve crimping pliers PWZ series have been specially developed for mobile use and offer you the flexibility to crimp hose lines directly on site. This is particularly helpful for hoses that are difficult to assemble when crimped.
Thanks to the 6-point crimping process and the three interchangeable jaw sets, the PWZ crimping pliers cover the most common diameter ranges. With a crimping range of DN 4 to 8, an inner sleeve diameter of 11 to 17 mm and a final crimping dimension of 10 to 16 mm, it is extremely versatile. The maximum fitting size is 23 mm, which offers you a wide range of possible applications. The basic equipment includes three sets of jaws for DN 4 (PZ6), DN 6 (PZ8) and DN 8 (PZ10), giving you optimum flexibility for different projects. With a size of 580 × 100 × 30 mm, the PWZ crimping tool is compact and easy to transport.
